SG, Stupid Boss, Excellant Postman
My boss is a good 'postman'.
He is a department head of 15pax. He has no autonomy and does not dare to make decision. For every single simple thing, he will have to seek his boss (Our GM) for direction. Which sometimes make out lives at work very very difficult.
He pleases our GM in every single way. He is a 'maid' always ready to serve our boss in anyway. Even things that is obviously not our job, for example admin work, he will take it up and not challenge back. Anyway, he is not the one doing it.
Today's incident is classic. When I'm having a 'forbidden' coffee break. I saw my boss was also there. Thinking that I will be 'safe' since he's also having his break, so we seat together. However, when we go back to the office, he told be that our policy is not allowed to have coffee breaks! Isn't this funny when he is having his own coffee break too! How can I work for such boss? STUPID BOSS, EXCELLENT POSTMAN!

Our boss got a bunch of plants in the office and all he's doing all day is watering them, stupid.
